What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your home address, ZIP code, email address, the projects you choose (if any), and how you found us (for example, a link from a social media post). We don't ask for your name or phone number at this stage.

How we use it

We use your address to prepare your project estimate, including looking up public property details such as home size and year built. We use your email to tell you when Homestimo launches, and the overall sign-up data to decide which areas and services to open first. We don't sell your information or share it with contractors or advertisers without your permission.

Where it's stored

Waitlist sign-ups are stored with our website hosting provider, Netlify. We keep them until launch and for as long as you stay on the list. While you type your address, suggestions are provided by Photon, a service based on OpenStreetMap data, which receives the text you type to return matching addresses.

Your choices

Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing get@homestimo.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. When Homestimo launches with estimates, we'll publish a fuller policy.
